Studio Conduct

For the respect of other clients of S3 Pilates, and to maintain a positive wellness environment, we please ask the following;

  • Keep yourself muted on Zoom during a group class to limit distractions. You may unmute yourself once the class ends

  • Enter quietly when arriving late for a group class

  • No gum chewing during the session

  • Abstain from wearing regular socks on Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Chair + Cadillac) during sessions for you own safety; you may be barefoot or wear sticky grip socks

  • Please inform your instructor prior to class of any health issues or email us at info@s3pilates.com 

Cancellation Policy

If you can’t make it to a class you must cancel online, at our website, at least 6 hours prior to the class time. If you can’t make your scheduled Private session, you must cancel at least 12 hours prior to the start of the session. Late cancels and no-shows will result in the loss of that pre-paid session or class and will be deducted from your class pack. 

To minimize disruption during classes and for your personal safety, late entries will not be allowed in class after 10 minutes have passed once a class commences. This will result in the loss of that pre-paid class and deducted from your class pack. 

Classes with 1 person signed up is subject to cancellation. You will be notified ahead of time. 

Refunds

No refunds are issued for any services or merchandise purchased. All merchandise, sessions, subscriptions, memberships and gift cards are non-fundable and non-transferable. 

Make sure you have a strong wifi connection and that your device is fully charged prior to your class or private session. No refunds will be given for wifi issues or loss of power. 

If S3 Pilates loses power or wifi, you will be refunded for the class or session. 

Memberships + Subscriptions

On Demand: Our monthly subscriptions will auto renew every month on the date that you subscribed. There is a 3 month commitment before you can cancel. Our annual subscription will auto renew every year on the date you subscribed. Make sure you cancel prior to the renewal date or you will be charged for another month or year. 

Virtual Private Membership: Memberships will renew every month on the sale date unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Unused sessions will not roll over to the next month so make sure to use them! The late cancel and no show policy apply for our Memberships. If you cancel less than the 12 hour cancellation window, that session will be deducted from your monthly amount of sessions. 

Waitlist Policy

You can be added from the waitlist to a class or Private Session up to 2 hours prior to the start of a class or Private session. If you are on the waitlist for a class or Private session and you can’t attend that class anymore, please remove yourself from the waitlist at least 2 hours prior to the class. If you are added to the class from the waitlist, and can no longer make the class or don’t show up, that will result in the loss of that class from your class pack. 

Photos + Social Media

Downloads, taping/recording, and sharing of a class or Private session is not permitted. Instructors may take photos and/or videos during a class, but are only used for promotional purposes only.
