Studio Policies

To create the best experience for all clients, please review the following studio policies before participating in live virtual classes, private sessions, or on-demand programming.

Our policies are designed to support a smooth, respectful, and safe environment for everyone in the S3 Pilates community.

Attendance & Cancellations

All classes and private sessions require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the session or class credit.

Entry is not permitted more than 10 minutes after class begins.

Memberships & Sessions

All sessions, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

On-Demand Memberships and Private Memberships renew automatically based on your selected plan. Minimum commitment terms may apply.

Unused sessions do not roll over.

Studio Etiquette

To create the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you:

  • Keep microphones muted during group classes

  • Arrive and enter quietly if joining late

  • Use grip socks or go barefoot on all apparatus

  • Share any relevant injuries or health considerations prior to class

Waitlist

Clients may be added from the waitlist up to 2 hours before class or session start time. If your availability changes, please remove yourself from the waitlist in advance.

Media & Content

Recording, reproducing, or distributing class content is not permitted. S3 Pilates may occasionally capture content for promotional and marketing purposes only.
