With dual 600-hour Pilates certifications and recognition as a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor, Allison brings both depth of knowledge and a commitment to excellence to every session. As a Teacher Trainer for Classical Pilates Education, her approach honors the integrity of the original method while guiding clients toward a more elevated, connected way of moving.
